THE MAP
What you are actually getting.
A Nutrition Map is seven pages. Page one is the only page you need on a bad day. This is a Map for a client who does not exist, so you can see what one looks like before you apply.
Everything on it is how I actually work. Only the client is invented.
PAGE ONE
The page you keep.
Who it is for, what we are after, the three things that matter this month, how a day runs, and what you send me. If you read nothing else, read this.
Phase One Nutrition Map · v1.0 · 3 November
Prepared for a 44-year-old with two kids and a job that runs late. Lifts on his own when he can and takes a strength class twice a week. Is not giving up a social Friday or a glass of wine at night.
Primary goal, in his words
“Drop the fifteen I put on with the second kid without giving up Sunday donuts with my kids.”
Your three priorities
Protein at every meal. Breakfast included. This is the one everything else rests on.
Something fed in the late afternoon, so dinner is a meal and not a rescue.
Monday and Friday, on waking, send me the screenshot. That is the whole job.
Daily targets
Protein, carbohydrate, fat and a daily walk, each with a number next to it. The numbers live on the Map for me. You never count anything. They move with your Monday and Friday trend, not with a formula.
Your daily structure
6:30
Breakfast. Protein first, then the rest.
12:30
Lunch. Protein, starch, vegetables. The biggest plate of the day, because the day still has work in it.
4:30
The anchor. Something with protein in it, at your desk, so dinner is a meal and not a rescue.
5:30
Class twice a week, the gym once. On those days the anchor is your pre-workout meal.
7:00
Dinner. Protein and vegetables, built the way your family eats. Starch stays on the days you trained.
8:30
The glass of wine. It stays.
Friday
The planned flexible meal. Normal portion. Nothing to make up afterwards.
Sunday
Donuts with the kids. One, and it is planned.
What to track
Weigh Monday and Friday on waking, after the bathroom, before food or drink. Send me the screenshot. Photograph a plate when you want a read on it. That is the whole list. No app, no logging, no totals. I hold the numbers.
WHEN LIFE GETS IN THE WAY
The days that are already decided.
Willpower is lowest exactly when the day runs long, so I do not build on it. The hard days are written into the Map before they happen.
The 6 a.m. flight
Protein and fruit from the bag you packed Sunday. Coffee as usual. First real meal is lunch, and it is the airport’s rotisserie chicken and a salad, not the pastry case.
The client dinner
Order first so nobody orders for you. Protein and vegetables, one starch, one drink. The bread basket goes to the other end of the table.
The week the kitchen closes
Rotisserie chicken, microwave rice, bagged salad, Greek yogurt. Four items, twenty minutes a week, and the plan survives.
Friday Tex-Mex
Fajitas, extra protein, the tortillas or the rice, not both. Salsa is free. The margarita is the planned one.
The day that falls apart
Nothing to make up. Protein and vegetables at the next meal, a ten-minute walk. Text me and we adjust. A day off plan is information, not failure.
NOT ON THIS LIST, ON PURPOSE
What I told him not to buy.
The Supply Guide says what to get. This part says what comes off the shelf, and why. Most people are carrying more than they need.
The greens powder
A scoop is not a plate. The vegetables at dinner are doing that job now.
The detox kit
Your liver and kidneys already do this, around the clock, at no charge.
The BCAAs
Protein at every meal already covers them. You were paying for amino acids you were eating.
The fat burner
Mostly stimulants and a promise. Your coffee covers the first part. The plan covers the second.
The peptide from the internet
If a peptide belongs in your plan, a physician prescribes it and watches your labs. Not a forum, and not me.
Your labs and your prescriptions set the rules. If something on the shelf could cloud a lab or cross a medication, it is off the list, and your physician’s word wins over mine. I will say so in writing, and I will send them the Map if you want me to.
WEEK TWO
It changes, because you do.
A Map is a starting point, not a verdict. Every version is recorded on the last page, so you can see the plan adapt instead of wondering whether it was wrong.
Version 1.0, 3 November
Issued. Three priorities, the daily structure above, the bad-day table, the supply guide.
Version 1.1, 17 November
More starch at lunch on class days. He was hungry at five on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the trend said there was room.
The anchor moved from 4:30 to 3:30. Four thirty was too late to matter by dinner.
The glass of wine moved from the couch to the dinner table. The snack that came with it on the couch did not.
THE NEXT STEP
Yours would look like this, and nothing like this.
Same seven pages. Same page one. Built from your week, your training, your labs if you have them, and the meals you are not giving up. Then rebuilt as the trend comes in.
First three months, paid in full$2,500
Thereafter, month to month$525
