4ward Nutrition is a one-person coaching practice run by Nader Rezvani. This policy explains what this site collects, why, and what happens to it.

What gets collected

When you submit an application: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you write about your training, nutrition, schedule and goals. If you came to the application from The Read, the site also records that, and which link brought you to The Read.

When you become a client: the onboarding questionnaire, filled in online or answered on a call with Nader. It asks about your health, training, schedule and eating, including diagnosed conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, injuries, weight history, sleep, alcohol and caffeine, and a typical day of eating. Several questions are optional, and the sensitive ones can be answered “prefer to discuss”.

When you take The Read: no name, email or phone number. For each visit the site records whether you started and finished, three of your answers (the kind of training you do, the main pattern in your read, and how ready you are to work together), whether you clicked through to apply or to see a Map, which link brought you (a short tag in the address, such as the one in an Instagram bio), whether you are on a phone or a computer, a random visit number, and the time. Your other answers are not kept.

If you leave your email on The Read: your email address, saved as a contact with the same three answers and the link that brought you.

When you visit the site: standard technical information your browser sends, plus analytics about which pages are viewed. This site runs on Wix, which collects that information on our behalf.

Why it gets collected

Applications are read to decide whether coaching is a good fit and to reply to you. The onboarding questionnaire is used to build and adjust your Nutrition Map and your coaching, and for nothing else. The Read’s visit records are counted to see which links and which kinds of reads lead to coaching conversations. An email left on The Read is used only for Nader to write back to you himself. It is not added to the newsletter or any mailing list. Analytics are used to understand which pages people read and to improve the site. That is all.

Health-related answers

Some reads point to a health situation, for example that a physician manages part of what you eat. If you leave your email on The Read, that pattern is saved with it. It is used only as this policy describes.

Who sees it

Nader reads every application, every onboarding questionnaire and every email left on The Read himself. Wix hosts the site and stores the data as a service provider, and a copy of each application and questionnaire arrives in Nader’s business email. The Read is delivered by Netlify, a hosting service, which receives the standard technical information your browser sends when the page loads. An email provider handles messages sent to you. Your questionnaire answers are not shared with anyone else, including a physician, without your permission. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers. Information is disclosed beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Applications, and emails left on The Read, are kept while there is an active or potential coaching relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for records. Onboarding questionnaires are kept while you are a client and for two years after coaching ends, then deleted. The Read’s visit records are kept for two years and then deleted. If you ask for yours to be deleted, it will be deleted.

Your choices

Email nader@4ward.health to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days. The Read’s visit records carry no name or contact details, so they cannot be traced back to you. An email you left on The Read can be.

Cookies

Wix sets cookies that are needed to run the site and to measure traffic. Your browser can block or delete them and the site will still work. The Read sets no cookies. It keeps its random visit number in your browser’s session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab.

Children

Coaching is open to athletes under 18 with a parent or guardian’s consent. For those athletes, a parent or guardian applies and completes the youth onboarding questionnaire with the athlete. It asks about the athlete’s sport, schedule, food, sleep and energy, and, optionally, height and weight, which are used only to make sure the athlete is eating enough to grow and train and never to set a target. Messages about a youth athlete’s coaching always include a parent or guardian. The Read has a section for parents of high-school athletes, answered by the parent. For those visits the site records the same kind of information as above, including the general concern the parent picked, for example fading late in games. Nothing that identifies the athlete is collected there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
