Fix the leak before you fill the bucket
Most people are pouring effort into a foundation that’s still leaking: a protocol from a podcast, a rule from a Reel, advice that was never written for them. I find the leak first, then show you how to close it in a way that works inside your actual week. Cut the noise, and every hour you spend starts counting.
Cross the line in front of you
Not the finish line twelve months out. The one directly in front of you: this session, this week, this next decision. You’ll always know exactly which line that is, because I’ll have drawn it. Reach it, and I draw the next one. That’s how the distance disappears.
RTAMFF
Persistence, consistency and intensity are the parts that don’t negotiate. What does negotiate is the plan. Travel, bad sleep, a birthday dinner, a week that goes sideways: that isn’t failure, it’s a Tuesday. When life throws the curve ball, you get a way through it from me the same day, not a rule that breaks and a week you write off.
An engagement. Not a subscription.
Three months to start
Nobody gets it right in month one. That month is where we find out how you actually eat and train, rather than how you think you do. Month two we adjust. By month three it runs without you thinking about it.
Everything from day one
The access, the map, the programming, the reviews. No tiers, and no add-on that turns out to be the part you actually needed.
For as long as it’s working
After the first three months, month to month. Same access, same weekly reviews, same me. Most people stay because the plan keeps earning its place, not because they’re tied into anything.
What’s included.
Direct access to me by text, voice or video. Anything to do with the plan, whenever it comes up.
A Nutrition Map built for you: a guideline you can live inside, not a meal plan you’ll abandon.
Your supplement protocol reviewed and optimized, including what to stop taking.
Training programmed alongside the nutrition, not bolted on beside it.
Weekly reviews against real numbers from your smart scale.
A full progress report every six weeks.
The engagement is $2,500 for the first three months, then $525 a month.
ON THE RECORD
Two clients, in their own words.
JD is fifty-three and came to me after two knee surgeries. Carolyn is a mother of two with a full-time career, who had put herself last on her own list. Neither was scripted.
Tried everything
“The only thing I’ve done that has actually worked in me in 53 years of life.”
JD
Thirty pounds of fat
“I have lost 30 pounds of fat, but I have gained 10 pounds of muscle.”
Carolyn
Two knee surgeries
“I am the most fit I have been ever in my life.”
JD
Stronger than she knew
“I genuinely never knew that I could be as strong as I am.”
Carolyn
ASKED AND ANSWERED
Three questions that come up before people apply.
Do I have to give up the food I love?
No. If a thing cannot survive a birthday, a holiday and a bad week, it is not a method, it is a diet, and you have already tried those.
Is this macros? Do I have to weigh everything or track calories?
No, no and no. The Nutrition Map shows you what a portion should look like, so you are never guessing at a plate. From there I ask for photos of your meals, which tell me more about your portions than a food log ever will.
What happens after I apply?
I read it myself. Every one. If it looks like a fit you will hear from me with a time to talk, and if it does not, you will hear that too, with the reason. I do not leave applications unanswered.
